October 2014

Welcome to this month's blogpost.

This has been a very busy month for us.  While awaiting our visas we had several opportunities to minister and enjoyed it very much.  Yolandie and myself served the seniors on different occasions and got to share with them what God is teaching us.  Yolandie spoke on the importance of living in truth and made practical how to apply God's Word to our lives.

We also served with the children's ministry (Bybelklub) led by our friends Wilhelm and Marish Steynberg.  Their love for working with children is contagious and the importance and power of teaching children the ways of God is time spent well.  We helped teach the more than 400 children "The Wordless Book", a way of learning the gospel and being able to teach someone else.  The fruit on this was amazing and seeing how God uses 4 year old's to spread the Gospel is wonderful.  We also taught at a Victory Weekend on "Biblical Foundations" and the need to "Make disciples".

We are also still continuing our studies and learning a lot.

Concerning our visas, we have been informed by our friends in Bangkok that we are waiting for the Evangelical Fellowship of Thailand to give us two of their quotas of visas.  We know we don't have much time left here but is trying to make the most of the time remaining.

We thank God for the opportunities given to us to minister and we see His hand preparing us further for the missions field.

God bless you, and keep you!!

All our love

Johan & Yolandie
